Entra Analyzer is operated by Xvo AB, a company registered in Sweden (EU). Contact: support@entraanalyzer.com.

What data we collect

• Account data — Your name and email address from Microsoft sign-in.
• Tenant metadata — Tenant ID and admin consent status.
• Scan results — Read-only snapshots of Entra ID configuration used to generate findings.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to perform security scans and deliver email reports. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Where data is stored

All data is stored and processed within the European Union on Azure infrastructure.

Data retention

Scan data is retained while your subscription is active. When you revoke consent or cancel, all tenant data is permanently deleted.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact support@entraanalyzer.com to exercise these rights.
