1. Service description

Entra Analyzer ("the Service") is provided by Xvo AB, a company registered in Sweden. The Service performs automated, read-only security scans of Microsoft Entra ID tenants and delivers findings via email reports.

2. Account and access

You sign in using your Microsoft account. By granting admin consent you authorize Entra Analyzer to read data from your Entra ID tenant using the Microsoft Graph API. Only read-only permissions are requested.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Data handling

Scan results and tenant metadata are stored in the EU. If you revoke consent or cancel your subscription, your data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Limitation of liability

Entra Analyzer provides security findings on a best-effort basis. The Service does not guarantee the detection of all security issues. Xvo AB is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service beyond the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
